CEFITEC researchers awarded with the best poster

Professor Filipe Ferreira da Silva, leader of the Atomic and Molecular Collisions group, and the student Pedro Guerra were awarded with the best poster at the 4^th DEA Club Meeting and the joint conference on Low Energy Electron Applications in Patterning (LE2AP) + Low Energy Electron Lithography, Imaging and Soft Matter (LEELIS), with the works “Dissociative electron attachment to 2-chlorobenzonitril”and “Electron-induced chemistry in EUVL photoresist materials: study on perfluorophenyl trifluoromethanesulfonate”.
